What can I expect?

We recommend beginning with a brief video or phone consultation. This initial conversation allows you to ask questions about the therapy process and assess your comfort level with the clinician. It also serves as a screening for medical necessity if you plan to use health insurance. During this time, we’ll explore your therapy or treatment history, and current concerns. This consultation is a great opportunity to start building a connection and determine if the clinician is the right fit for your needs.
